Facility Work Request

If there is a situation needing immediate attention, like a water leak or other building damage issue, call 952-446-4101 or stop by the Facilities office at Main S166

Please submit Facilities Work Order requests at: https://facilities.crown.edu This site is the Maximo work order system used by our Facilities Department, Sodexo.  

Log in with your Crown College email address and password.

These are emergencies:

  • electrical failure or malfunction
  • gas leak
  • glass replacement affecting safety or security
  • heat below 60º
  • plumbing leaks or floods
  • roof leaks
  • lock problems affecting safety or security

Submit a Work Request if you need something cleaned, repaired, installed, moved, replaced, or for key requests. Work Requests are processed for all maintenance, grounds, and custodial needs. Facilities personnel strive to quickly respond to all Facilities Work Requests. An automatic feature of the system immediately notifies office personnel that a new request was submitted. Don’t hesitate to send an urgent request through Maximo.  More urgent Work Requests are quickly identified, expedited to the appropriate staff, and will be completed within 24-48 hours. 

If you have not logged in before, you may need to set up an account, which takes only a minute.  Our Custmer ID is: CCMNUS the rest of the info needed is self explanatory.  After the account is set up, it may take a few minutes for the account to be complete.  Please try https://facilities.crown.edu later, logging in with your Crown email address and Crown password.
