This Summer we have implemented new password requirements, now requiring fourteen character passwords.
If your password is not working, do this:
- Check your PERSONAL email account (the address you gave to Crown College), looking for an email dated August 6th.
- The subject is Here is your Crown College Account Activation Email
- Use the link in that email to set your new password.
We have two password reset sites:
-This is Microsoft's password reset site. You need your @crown.edu or @students.crown.edu email address to get going on that site, along with other personal contact information so Microsoft can help you reset your password. This password will sync back to our.crown.edu and canvas.crown.edu.
-This site requires your Crown email address and your personal email address that we have on record for you. It is case sensitive, so try your personal address just has you would have typed it when supplying it to Crown.
Or, send an email to email@example.com Include your Crown username and request a password reset. We will replay to the personal email you have on record with us. If you want to change your personal email, please contact our Registrar at firstname.lastname@example.org or 952-446-4450
